My husband and I have sold two house with Blair MacPherson. The first house was our first building project together, our sanctuary, our pride and joy. Blair MacPherson has lived in this market since 2002 and has been successful through its infancy, boom period and slow down. He really knows it and virtually all the key players in it. Our new home in TCI is absolutely spectacular, and it never would have happened if it were not for Blair MacPherson. Blair exhibits the integrity, ethics, and higher moral standards most commercial experiences seem to lack these days. Amazing service! Above and beyond! Working with Blair exceeded any of our expectations. Having dealt with a previous agent who we had to chase down for answers this was a refreshing change. To have an attentive agent who not only answers your questions but goes above and beyond.. this was a great experience. As a first time out of country home buyer, we were not familiar with the terminology, or the best process or what resources to involve. Right away Blair was incredibly friendly and took time to sit down with us via phone (Turks to Canada) to determine what would be a good fit for us in advance of our trip. He even recommended a lawyer and property maintenance companies for us to speak to and a local restaurant/shopping to try while we were in the area, which we ended up going to and it was fabulous. It was near the end of December 2017, when I phoned Remax Real Estate Group, Providenciales (Provo), Turks & Caicos Islands from Canada. I expected just a recorded message to leave my name and number because it was a weekend. To my surprise, someone answered and it turned out to be the owner, Blair MacPherson. I gave as much information as I could on my historical house (“Sunnyside”) in Grand Turk, the capital of TCI. Blair took immediate interest which took me completely off guard … I told him I was disappointed with other realtors in Provo because they were not interested in marketing real estate in Grand Turk. They simply said they didn’t have a realtor in Grand Turk that would represent them. Blair said he has a great agent in Grand Turk. I flew out to Grand Turk and had the wonderful opportunity to meet with Blair and his agent, Titus De Boer at the Osprey Beach Hotel. They displayed their professionalism, island knowledge, shared their guidance and gave me complete confidence that I wanted to list “Sunnyside” with them. (Remax is well known in Canada. In fact, they are one of the top successful brand names in its industry.) What I really liked during our meeting was their honesty as they toured around my property. They came up with great ideas to what could be done about my empty lot across the road with the ocean view. These ideas are now presented to their interested clients. After I listed my “Sunnyside” home with them, it wasn’t long after when Blair flew back to Grand Turk and took aerial shots with his drone. You can see this and other photos both Blair and Titus took. Titus is my #1 realtor in Grand Turk. I am proud to have him list and represent “Sunnyside” to you. If you don’t live on the island, and you want to either sell or purchase a home, communication is extremely important when you’re so far away. Titus and I talk at least once or twice a week. He gives me updates continually. If my property is in need of yard care maintenance, dusting or any other work, Titus lets me know immediately and contacts O’Neil, our handy dandy talented man. Prospects and getting leads are extremely important and for this, Titus does excellent work. I honestly don’t believe I would get this from any other realtor agent on the island. The other thing I like about Titus is, he does his client follow ups and lets me know the results. Titus and Blair, you have no idea how pleased and honoured I am to have you list my house.
